YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Eigenständige Betreuung von Kunden (In- und Ausland) von den Unternehmensstandorten aus und vor Ort beim Kunden
- Order entry, offer submission, tracking
- Internal contact for sales partners and field service
- Transport and customs declaration/as well as document creation
- Interface in all areas of the company
- Support of the field service in the development of special lighting solutions
- Active customer contact
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial training
- Relevant/several years of experience in the internal sales department of a manufacturing company
- Technical understanding and interest is required
- Good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
- Confident handling of MS Office and SAP is desirable
- Independent and structured way of working
