Your tasks:
Execution of all procurement activities, comparison of offers, and handling of complaints (in collaboration with the relevant departments)
Ensuring compliance with quality standards, delivery deadlines, and delivery quantities
Cultivating long-term supplier relationships
Identification of potential savings and process optimization
Management and maintenance of supplier master data and procurement documentation
Collaboration with internal departments such as logistics, warehouse management, production, and finance to ensure a smooth flow of materials
Invoice verification and approval
Your profile:
Completed vocational training in a commercial field or a university degree in a business or technical discipline
Several years of professional experience in procurement (ideally within a project-based business; experience in the lighting industry would be an asset)
Expertise in the procurement of materials such as metal, sheet metal, and electronics
Technical understanding desirable
Strong communication skills and team orientation
Professional proficiency in German and a good command of English
Experience with an ERP application (SAP Business ByDesign) is desirable / advanced MS Office skills
