You are responsible for
Coordination of scheduling between project management and project members
Preparation of project status meetings
Office management (supporting the team in day-to-day business and all administrative tasks)
Document management and data maintenance
Parts list and parts creation in SAP
your profile
Completed commercial or technical training or comparable vocational training
Strong written and spoken German skills
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP Business ByDesign is an advantage
Organisational talent, commitment and flexibility, coupled with the ability to work in a team, under pressure and independently
Expertise in MS Office application programs and modern communication media
Creativity, sociability and the willingness to take our growing company a little further every day
