To ensure our numbers run as smoothly as our projects, we are looking for an experienced accounting professional who also has a knack for HR matters—covering everything from onboarding to offboarding.
Don’t worry: An external service provider handles the actual payroll processing. You manage the process before and after—handling preparation and coordination, and serving as a knowledgeable point of contact for our employees.
Your tasks::
In the financial sector:
Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle
Mahnwesen, Kontenabstimmung, Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung und Zahlungsverkehr
Erstellung des monatlichen Reportings
Anlegen und Verwalten des Anlagevermögens
Unterstützung beim Jahresabschluss sowie Betreuung von Wirtschaftsprüfern und Steuerberatern
Im Personalbereich:
Vorbereitende Tätigkeiten für die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, die über unseren externen Dienstleister läuft
Betreuung des Personalwesens vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt (Verträge, Bescheinigungen, Stammdatenpflege)
Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei personalrelevanten Fragen
Ansprechpartner für Behörden, Krankenkasse, Sozialversicherungsträger (mit der Unterstützung des Dienstleisters)
Enge Abstimmung mit unserem Abrechnungsdienstleister
Your profile:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Bilanzbuchhaltung oder Personalwesen sind von Vorteil
Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung eines mittelständisch geprägten Unternehmens
Erste Erfahrung in der Personalverwaltung bzw. vorbereitenden Lohnbuchhaltung von Vorteil
Bilanzkenntnisse und ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in SAP bzw. LucaNet sind ein Plus
Kommunikationsstärke, Diskretion und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Gelegentliche Reisetätigkeit zur Betreuung einer Tochtergesellschaft (max. 1x je Quartal)
