The new Arnulfpark development area is located on the site of the former container station in the middle of Munich, one kilometer from the main train station. The Arnulfparkbrücke for pedestrians and cyclists connects the southern edge of the park with the S-Bahn stations and the neighboring district of Schwanthalerhöhe.
The bridge is 240 metres long and spans 37 railway tracks. Hidden beneath the façade cladding are 480 running metres of a bespoke solution from the OLL1 with LEDLUX LN in 3000K are connected via a plug-in connection – making them easy to maintain and install – to form two spectacular lines of light. The swivelling luminaires with asymmetrical light distribution ensure glare-free and safe lighting of the traffic routes.
